I can’t print off the certificate, though I’ve completed the course and passed each quiz.
You may be running the course on an intranet (eg school system) which has a firewall or security system which prevents printing from our database. Try logging in on a different computer which is totally unrelated to the machine/network which is having problems, and attempt printing the certificate. Your Provider is also able to print your certificate if you can’t resolve the problem.
The course seems to die when I’m downloading a help file.
If you are using a slow speed dial-up, the downloads may take some time. A couple of the help files are nearly 500kb, which on a dial-up may take 5-15 mins.
I can log into the course, but can’t load any quizzes.
Double-check that you have downloaded FlashPlayer. We have heard in some instances that Google blockout bars can engage and prevent FlashPlayer downloading.
How long does my registration last for?
You have 2 months to complete the course and print your certificate, after which time your records are deleted.
Can I use an apostrophe in my username or password?
No, it will prevent you logging in or running the course.
Cookies Not Enabled message when trying to enter the course?
Assuming that cookies are enabled in the Security Settings of Internet Explorer, try refreshing the page
and logging in again on a couple of occasions - that fixes it.
